Stuart Fearer, owner of Electronic Appraisers, has been continuously and actively in the Real Estate field for over 44 years, first as a salesman and broker, then Realtor and owner of Century 21 Stuart & Company.
In 1984 he entered the field of residential appraising and acquired his SRA designation in late 1987.
Electronic Appraisers was born in early 2002 and has been increasingly active since then.
Stuart has been on the FHA lender selection roster since its inception after serving on the FHA panel for 4 years (Roster #FLRD0000025) and is also on the VA Panel (#0677). He was been associated with Advanced Reseach and Appraisals in South Broward from 1988 to 2002. Stuart and his wife, Joyce, reside in Tamarac, Florida and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. They celebrated their Golden wedding aniversary in 2004.
Stuart graduated Rutgers university College in Newark with a B.S in accounting in 1961. His primary services have been in mortgage appraisals for single family homes, condominiums and townhomes, 2-4 Family income properties, ERC appraisals, land appraisals, assignments for divorce, estate, and PMI removal.
