* on new 1004 and 1025 forms, the cost approach will be completed. at the above cost. No assignments accepted where fees are to be paid out of HUD-1 closing statement, except for approved Banks, National Lenders and Credit Unions. If such an arrangement is to be made a $50.00 sur charge will be added.

We do accept Cash, Traveler's checks, Money orders, Major credit cards, cashable and cashier's checks and (New) checks by fax!
